Once you approve the design and sign the contract, we immediately order all materials. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure we receive premium-grade woods, hardware, and finishes. You’ll receive updates on material arrival and production scheduling.
Timeline: Materials ordered within 1 week of contract signing
Step 4: Production
Craftsmanship in Action
This is where the magic happens. In our climate-controlled shop, we mill and prepare all wood components, precision-cut every piece using advanced equipment, assemble cabinet boxes with meticulous attention to detail, apply multiple coats of premium finish, and install hardware with final adjustments. We maintain strict quality control at every stage.
Timeline: Production begins within 2 weeks of contract; typical project takes 4-5 weeks
Step 5: Installation

Our experienced installation team handles every detail: protecting your home during installation, precise cabinet placement and leveling, secure mounting and anchoring, hardware installation and adjustment, final touch-ups and detailing, and complete cleanup.
